Community Highlights: Meet Enoch Garcia of Honest Accounting Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Enoch Garcia.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started Honest Accounting Group with a simple vision: to help business owners and CEOs actually fulfill the vision they have for their companies. So many entrepreneurs start with a dream, but along the way they get buried in the details, lose clarity, and sometimes feel stuck. My mission has always been to give them the financial clarity and guidance they need to move forward with confidence.

What began as basic bookkeeping has grown into something much bigger. Today, Honest Accounting Group serves as a prestigious finance partner for businesses — especially in construction, real estate, and service industries. We step in as their outsourced finance department, making sure they not only stay organized but also have the insight to make the right decisions at the right time.

At the end of the day, it’s not about spreadsheets or reports — it’s about helping business leaders scale their companies, protect their cash flow, and build something lasting. Watching our clients grow from struggling to thriving — hiring more people, taking on bigger projects, or simply having peace of mind — that’s what drives me and my team every day.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like any business, our journey has been full of learning and growth. Starting as a solopreneur and growing into a full team has meant constantly refining how we operate — from finding and developing the best talent to shaping our services so that clients always receive the highest level of guidance.

It’s less about roadblocks and more about evolution. Every stage of growth brings new lessons, and we’ve embraced that process as part of building something lasting. The journey of scaling, improving, and adapting is what keeps us sharp and ensures we’re delivering real value to the business owners we serve.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Honest Accounting Group?
My company is Honest Accounting Group, and we serve as the outsourced finance department for growing businesses. We specialize in helping contractors, real estate developers, and service-based companies gain financial clarity so they can scale with confidence.

What sets us apart is our approach. We don’t just prepare reports or reconcile numbers — we partner with CEOs and business owners to give them the insight and guidance they need to run their businesses effectively. Our framework, Organize, Analyze, Maximize™, is designed to simplify finances, highlight opportunities, and keep leaders focused on building the enterprises they envision.

We’re most proud of being more than “bookkeepers.” Clients rely on us for advisory and CFO-level support, job-costing systems, and cash flow strategies that help them grow stronger companies. At the heart of it, our brand stands for clarity, trust, and growth. We want readers to know that Honest Accounting Group is about more than managing the past — it’s about equipping business leaders with the tools and guidance they need to create the future they want.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Finding the right mentor isn’t about looking for someone with all the answers — it’s about connecting with people who’ve been where you want to go and can challenge your perspective. My best advice is to put yourself in environments where those people are already investing their time.

For me, what’s worked well has been building genuine relationships with other business consultants, advisors, and entrepreneurs. Instead of approaching networking as “What can I get?”, I’ve always tried to approach it as “How can I add value?” That mindset shift opens doors to real partnerships, referrals, and mentorship opportunities.

At the end of the day, mentorship and networking aren’t just about collecting contacts — they’re about building a circle of people who understand your challenges, share your values, and push you to keep raising the bar.
