We recently had the chance to connect with Diana Keeler and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Diana, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: Are you walking a path—or wandering?
I like to think I’m walking a path, but with curiosity instead of tunnel vision. I’ve got goals and direction, sure, but I never want to be so focused on the finish line that I miss the really good stuff along the way. Some of the best opportunities in my career came from moments I couldn’t have planned for. So yes, I’m on a path, but I’m leaving room for side quests!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a talent agent based in Los Angeles and the founder of Pandium Fusion, where we represent actors across film, television, and digital media. Our agency is rooted in relationships and collaboration – I’m deeply invested in helping actors not just book work, but actually build sustainable careers they’re proud of. My background is a mix of industry experience and teaching, so I’ve seen firsthand the challenges actors face when trying to navigate this business. My goal is to take some of that weight off their shoulders and be the kind of advocate they can trust. Right now, I’m especially focused on helping our actors find projects that align with their creative voices while also keeping an eye on how the industry is changing with streaming, AI, and new storytelling formats.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I was a kid, my mom gave me the community center’s giant list of activities and told me I could pick three. It felt like I was creating a D&D character sheet – “Okay, am I going to build the sporty version of me, the artsy version, or the weird combo build no one saw coming?” It was the first time I really felt the weight (and thrill) of choice. Looking back, I think that’s still what I do now as an agent: help people see all the options laid out, and then choose the ones that let them grow into who they want to be.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
When I was working on getting my SAG-AFTRA franchise, one of the requirements was a private, lockable office with a separate reception area. After checking off all the other boxes, this one felt almost too much. That night, exhausted, I came home and told my then-boyfriend (now husband) about it. He hugged me and sighed, “Well, maybe this is where it ends.” I pulled the keys from my pocket, gave them a little jingle, and said, “Soooo… we have a new office.” He’s always been amazing at backing my “mission-accomplishing” energy. Looking back, it’s kind of the perfect story for how I operate: if there’s a roadblock, I’ll probably already be halfway over it before anyone has time to doubt.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes – what you see is what you get. I’d rather show up as myself with my clients and my team because honestly, the messy parts of the journey are just as important as the shiny wins. I think we all benefit when we can say, “Hey, this is hard,” or “This part didn’t go as planned.” I think that matters, because success isn’t built on a highlight reel, it’s built on the gritty, sometimes unglamorous work of showing up over and over. I’d rather create a space where people feel comfortable sharing their struggles than pretend like everything’s perfect. Authenticity is contagious – once one person drops the mask, it gives everyone else permission to do the same.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I was kind, that I led by example, and that I made people feel seen. I’d love for people to remember me as someone who brought energy and enthusiasm into the room, and who always tried her best, even when it wasn’t perfect. If the story is that I helped people believe in themselves a little more, that’s more than enough.
