Meet Tatiana Pasichnyk of 3P’s Innocence Marketing in Westwood Village

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tatiana Pasichnyk.

My journey as a marketer began almost right after high school. I was always passionate about building relationships with people around me.  When I was a child, I had a dream to have friends all over the world, from every possible nationality, many cultures and mentalities, and different point of views. I’ve always been very social and enjoyed having conversations with other people. I am curious about people’s lives, and like to observe, as well as, put myself in others’ shoes. I had been working with businesses, nonprofits and government organizations before I decided to start my own agency. I cherish every experience that I’ve had and every person that I’ve met.

Since I moved to Los Angeles, I realized that I am living my childhood dream. I have people around me of all possible nationalities, backgrounds, and mentalities. I met my future partner, Marisa Soto, when I was studying at UCLA, and together we formed 3P’s Innocence Marketing. We were both fortunate to be surrounded by individuals that were diverse and inspired by cause marketing, which fulfilled our passion for marketing. This shared passion is what led to the creation of our company.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I would say things were pretty favorable for us, but of course we’ve faced some challenges as well. One of the biggest challenges during the first year of operation was competition.

“The Los Angeles area is very rich with marketing agencies and marketing consultants. Sometimes it could take several months to win a client. Once we won a client, we immediately shifted our focus to providing the best services possible in an effort to keep every client more than satisfied with our services. That is essential, it is a long-term goal and is our number one priority: to make clients happy with our services” – says Tatiana Pasichnyk, one of the founders of 3P’s Innocence Marketing.

There are a lot of marketers and agencies in LA who offer similar marketing services that can make one desperate to win a client. That’s why our agency focuses on a personal connection. We deliver comfort to our clients by fulfilling their needs which is made possible by the quality and range of our services. We put our efforts in constant development, enhancement, and customer satisfaction. I think this is a must-have to keep your business on the road.

Our success formula consists of a professional team, variety of services, individual approach, and partnership vs. competition. Some companies, who were meant to be our competitors, became our partners.

Another challenge for us was to find the best talents that we could keep engaged and motivated. We had some people who started with us but weren’t able to keep going no matter what. There was also a time when we were working for free, just to gain customers and determine our niche. The most important thing is that we went through good and bad times. The people who survived the tough times are our core team members now. I also had a dream list of people I was hoping to have as team members, but there was a line even to get close to them. Now, some of them have joined our team, which makes me feel very proud and motivates us to strive for a bigger success.

Our goal as founders is to overcome all the challenges by staying up to date, network constantly, keep an eye on industry professionals, new technologies, trends, and services and to deliver the best solutions for our customers.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with 3P’s Innocence Marketing – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others?
We are a digital marketing agency, which offers a variety of services, such as marketing, communication, and branding strategies development and implementation, social media management, web development, graphic design, SEO & SEM, and much more.

We positioned ourselves as a marketing agency with a cause. That’s one of the many things that makes us different. We are committed to sharing half of our net profits with organizations which help abused and neglected children once we reach the profitability stage of business. We are a socially responsible business with a unique cause business model.

We are proudest of our multilingual, multicultural, and a genuinely dedicated team of experienced industry professionals. Our versatility gives us greater target market reach potential and understanding of various market specifications.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I think the most essential qualities that will help you build a successful business are passion and dedication. For me, being passionate about what I do means waking up with a smile on my face when I am thinking of my ongoing projects. Sometimes it means staying up the whole night knowing that I need to deliver the service to a client in the morning.

Dedication is another important quality. For me, it means to be honest with myself on how much efforts and time I put into my work. For the past year, the agency was a number one priority for me, and I know that eventually it will pay off with satisfied lifetime customers. This is what works for me. It is my formula, but it does not mean it will work for somebody else.

A lot of people are dreamers, a lot of them are goal oriented, but not many of them believes unconditionally in what they want or what they do, and even less – get what they want. I always believe that everything is possible, and every peak is reachable, if you really want it.
