Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Quach.
Hi Anna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
What began as a personal love story, designing my own wedding invitations and day-of signage, quickly evolved into something much bigger. When I left my full-time job to move to Italy and start fresh, I had no idea I was also launching a lifelong passion.
Seventeen years later, what started as a one-woman creative endeavor has grown into a full-service graphic design studio. I specialize in everything from invitations and signage to branding and event design, serving not just weddings, but also corporate events, non-profits, and annual galas.
Along the way, my passion for visual storytelling extended beyond events where I became a published artist, and my artwork can now be found in major retailers like Target, HomeGoods, Hobby Lobby, and more. It’s surreal and deeply rewarding to see my creative work connect with people in such a wide variety of spaces.
Whether I’m creating a logo that sets the tone for an entire event or crafting cohesive visual identities for organizations, I approach each project with the same love and attention to detail that started it all.
It’s been an incredible journey – filled with inspiring people, meaningful collaborations, and a whole lot of paper. I’m excited to keep evolving and see where this ever-changing world of design and events leads next.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Owning a business is anything but a straight path. It’s more like a winding road, with unexpected turns, the occasional detour, and plenty of forks where big decisions have to be made. But I’ve come to believe there’s no such thing as a “wrong” turn – just opportunities to learn, grow, and become stronger along the way.
Our industry has weathered a lot. From the chaos of COVID to today’s ever-evolving trends and shifting expectations, we’ve had to pivot, adapt, and stretch in ways we never imagined. I moved quickly into online events to help clients keep their audiences engaged, navigated tight budgets with creativity and care, and embraced the post-COVID boom with open arms and a very full calendar.
It’s a fast-moving, ever-changing world – but that’s exactly what I love about it. There’s never a dull moment in the event space, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I like to think of myself as your personal graphic designer – the kind you come back to, time and time again. Many of my clients start with a wedding invitation and stay with me through baby showers, birthdays, galas, and every celebration in between. From couples to corporations, I’ve been lucky to become a trusted creative partner for life’s biggest (and most beautifully branded) moments.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all or cookie-cutter design. Instead, I create a suite of complementary elements, different layouts, patterns, and visual touches, that all work together seamlessly. The result is a cohesive look that feels rich and dynamic, where every sign or printed piece has its own moment, but still feels part of a unified whole.
What truly sets my work apart is the emotional connection I build with my clients. I want to understand not just what you’re celebrating, but why. Because that emotional layer? That’s where the magic happens. It’s not just about delivering paper goods or digital assets, it’s about evoking a reaction, getting people talking, and creating an experience that stays with them long after the event ends.
Some of my proudest moments are when clients say, “How are we ever going to top this next year?” That is success and pure joy to me because I know I am fulfilling my company mission when my work becomes part of someone’s story.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Oh, there’s no doubt there will be big shifts. We are on the edge of major transformation in the events industry. Honestly, I think we’ll see some of the biggest shifts even sooner than five years. The bar for experiences has been set SKY-HIGH, and I don’t see it coming down anytime soon. If anything, the demand for creativity, innovation, and immersion is only going to grow exponentially.
Technology is leading the charge. From AI-driven personalization to augmented and virtual reality, events are becoming less about just showing up and more about being transported. We’re seeing a huge push toward multisensory, immersive environments – where lighting, sound, interactive displays, and even scent are all designed to create a 360-degree experience. It’s no longer enough to be “pretty”, events need to feel like something you’ve never seen before.
At the same time, hybrid and virtual events aren’t going anywhere. Companies with global teams are continuing to find smarter, more engaging ways to bring people together, whether they’re in the same room or on opposite sides of the world. I think we’ll see more platforms and formats designed to make digital attendees feel just as seen and valued as those on-site.
And let’s not forget design trends. They’re evolving faster than ever. Color palettes, typography, event themes – what feels fresh today might feel dated six months from now. As a designer, I will need to stay on top of it all, to innovate, and to always think a few steps ahead but also still stay true to my expertise and style.
All in all, the future of events is bigger, bolder, and more boundary-pushing than ever. It will definitely be interesting to see how it evolves and I just hope that all of our event creatives in the industry can still continue to do what they love to do through the changes.
