Today we’d like to introduce you to Sergio Nunez.
Hi Sergio, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Started detailing Summer of 2015 after graduating, worked under various companies before building my setup from my 1990 Silverado a family truck that was gifted as a graduation present.
Opened for business in 2018, worked 3 consecutive jobs and attended college while detailing on the side.
Upgraded to my first brand new mobile unit in 2020, moved into my own shop 2021 and joined a mastermind/networking group known as “The Detail Mafia” in 2022.
Since seeking mentorship I have been included in various volunteer projects at numerous museums, been a part of multiple charity events that has given back to our direct community, and I have been recognized multiple occasions within my city and county.
My volunteer efforts have led me to work on prestigious projects, one of them being Air Force One, a WWII B29 Bomber and several other pieces of history.
Currently I serve as an ambassador for our local Chamber of Commerce helping to grow our local economy and encourage other local small businesses. I received a 30 under 30 award just this past fall in recognition of my contribution to my community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road, between multiple instances of failure, setbacks, and lost opportunities it has been a long 7 years of business.
Between almost failing out of college, COVID shutdowns, and growing finances they have all played a role in my growth during this time.

I specialize in surface protection for your vehicle. What started as a hobby, to a detailing business quickly turned into a career in the field of automotive surface protection.
From various applications of ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and tint there is an option for everyone based on wants, needs, and expectations.
I believe what sets me apart from others in my industry is the fact that I test products before selling them. I always want to overdeliver on my client expectations while charging a fair market value.
My brand has really became personable. Everyone who calls in knows it’s going to be me working in their vehicle and there is virtually never an issue of quality delivered.
I recently became an accredited installer for one of the leading ceramic coating companies in the industry, known as Gtechniq. It is a high end product and brand that stays true to deliver the quality it promises. They have recently helped me fortify my brand by sponsoring one of my recent volunteer efforts.
I don’t believe there is another individual or business in my local area that devotes as much help and volunteer time back to the industry and community.
