Hi Karissa Garcia & Lissette Lea, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
We’re a woman-owned caviar catering service, born out of friendship and a shared passion for dreaming big. For years, we’d toss around business ideas, always saying, “One day, we’ll start something together.” That one day finally arrived when the idea of a caviar service hit us—almost like a beautiful storm. Strangely enough, we were both thinking about it at the same time, and once we spoke it out loud, there was no turning back. We knew we had something special—something that felt bold, elevated, and truly unique. That moment set everything in motion, and we’ve been riding that wave ever since.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We’re only two months in, so we’re still in the early days—but it’s safe to say we caught a really good wave right out of the gate. That said, no journey comes without its challenges. As much as we believed in this idea, we honestly didn’t expect it to take off as quickly and intensely as it did. We thought we’d have more time to figure things out along the way, but we quickly realized we had to rise to the tempo of the business. That meant learning fast, growing faster, and jumping headfirst into scaling something we were still building.
We definitely don’t have it all figured out—there’s a long road ahead. And as with any partnership, there’s a learning curve. We’re figuring out how to work together, how to play to our strengths, and how to support each other where it counts. The great thing is, we really do balance each other out. Karissa brings the magic when it comes to sales, marketing, and communications, while Lissette’s background in corporate accounting makes her a natural fit for operations and finance. It’s a constant evolution, but one we’re both deeply committed to.

We are a roaming caviar service redefining luxury by bringing an elegant caviar experience directly to events, gatherings, and private settings. Our concept is rooted in exclusivity, mobility, and sophistication—making high-end caviar more accessible while still preserving its indulgent charm.
What sets us apart is the seamless fusion of tradition and innovation: we honor the classic elegance of caviar while delivering it in an unexpected and dynamic way—whether it’s a rooftop soirée, a yacht party, or a curated pop-up. We find joy in creating memorable tasting moments.
Brand-wise, we’re most proud of how we’ve turned a timeless delicacy into a modern, shareable experience. Our reputation is built on quality, presentation, and hospitality. We offer more than just caviar—we offer an experience. A chance to slow down, savor, and celebrate in style, wherever you are.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something that might surprise people is that we didn’t grow up in affluent households or dining on luxury—caviar was definitely not on the table. We came to this from completely different backgrounds. But that’s part of what makes our perspective so unique. We weren’t bound by tradition or rules; we built this brand based on curiosity, creativity, and a desire to do things differently. People might also be surprised to know that this idea started as just a fun conversation between friends. It wasn’t planned, it wasn’t mapped out—it was a moment of inspiration that we decided to actually chase. And here we are.
