Hi Jaclyn, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I made a decision—if I was going to continue living this life, I would make it something special and powerful. For me, it’s important to look back at my life and know that I left something good behind—not just for myself, but for others, the animals, and this planet.
Looking back at how it all began, I can see that I chose a path designed to help me develop the exact skills I’d need to build my business and step into my purpose. Above all, this journey has taught me the importance of being of service to others and the community.
When I think of my childhood, I see a lot of sadness. Younger Jaclyn was always different, unusual, and most importantly, a fighter. That fighting spirit got me through, protected me, and now that same energy has been channeled into my mission to help others heal.
I spent years meditating, healing, and evolving. I was determined to achieve my goals. On this self-healing journey, I created The Meditation Channel. It began as a YouTube channel where I shared guided meditations. Over time, it grew into a business. I now teach healing, empowerment, manifestation practices, and so much more.
I began teaching meditation in person, and this year, I’m excited to be releasing The Realm Oracle Deck along with The Book of Realms, as well as online courses and other spiritual tools and products. Everything I teach, I’ve first had to teach myself. Through deep inner work, I’ve developed channeling abilities. No, it’s not like Bashar channeling an alien—what I do is more subtle. I tap into energy and receive guidance and information that flows through me. This has created a powerful connection between myself and something greater.
I’ve spent my entire life learning how to heal. And no matter the challenges I’ve had to overcome, I’ve also experienced so much magic. Now, I’m in a place where I’m sharing that magic. I’ve opened myself up to the world. The Meditation Channel is where I feel the most at peace, and it’s where I offer that peace to others. I’m witnessing how people receive the healing, the guidance, and the teachings, and it brings me so much joy to know that I can help others navigate this world with tools and skills that empower them.
In essence, through my own journey of authenticity, I’m beginning to create the world I’ve always wished to live in. And to me, that is the most powerful magic there is.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I faced challenges that left deep imprints, wounds that haunted me well into adulthood. At some point, I came to a crossroads. Life felt heavy, hard, and painful. Unbearable.
I struggled with severe depression, panic disorder, an eating disorder, and addiction. But I’m not here as a victim. I’m here as someone who has walked through the fire, faced the darkness, and chosen to heal and transform. I’m living proof that it’s possible to come out the other side. And if I can do it, so can you. That is, quite literally, my message. It doesn’t mean it’s easy. Healing isn’t easy. But the truth is, the healing work is never as hard as the life I used to live.
Being sick is hard.
Being a victim is hard.
But healing? Healing is taking your power back.
It’s reclaiming yourself.
It’s choosing a new path.
And that choice… changes everything.

The Meditation Channel is a space to find your power and your healing. It’s a place to rediscover yourself, no matter who you are or who you want to become.

At The Meditation Channel, I teach tools and techniques that help you unlock the subconscious mind, break negative habits, and build the skills you need to manifest the life you truly desire.
I currently teach at several locations in Los Angeles, where you can join my in-person meditation classes, including:

I also host live events on Insight Timer, share regular guided meditations on my YouTube channel, and offer 1:1 coaching and retreats for deeper, more personalized healing and transformation.
What sets me apart from other teachers is that the work I do is channeled and intuitively guided. I have the ability to receive energetic information and translate it into meditations, healing modalities, or written works. This year, I’ve taken my work to a whole new level, and I’m incredibly proud to have completed my Oracle Deck and The Book of Realms. This project will open a whole new world for the spiritual community. It introduces a fresh spiritual system for understanding energy, offering insight into a person’s personality, innate gifts, and healing journey. You can think of it as a modern approach, like astrology or archetypes, but uniquely designed to help one awaken their spiritual gifts.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
About two years ago, I decided to take the biggest leap of faith in my practice. Up until then, I was working jobs I wasn’t passionate about, making little money, pouring my energy into someone else’s dream, and leaving myself with almost no time to build my own business.
So, I did what I teach others to do: I practiced what I preach. I decided to build my business and my career on my terms, and that meant letting go completely of the old paradigm. I quit all of my jobs and dove headfirst into expanding The Meditation Channel and following my passions. That also meant saying goodbye to the security of a steady paycheck and learning to trust in the vision I held for myself.
Now in my second year, I’ve faced challenges I never imagined, but I’ve also experienced incredible breakthroughs. I continue to invest deeply in both myself and my business.
If there’s one truth I’ve learned, it’s this:
Risk is essential to growth.
Without risk, we never discover what we’re truly capable of.
