Daily Inspiration: Meet Melissa Lebow

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Melissa Lebow again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Melissa, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
Hello, friends!
I’m a Dance Fitness Instructor—better known as BlondeMoxie Fitness—with over 15 years of experience leading group fitness classes and a lifetime of dancing! Movement has always been a part of who I am, shaping my mindset and showing me that we’re all capable of so much more than we think.

I love teaching dance fitness because there’s nothing better than watching people surprise themselves—realizing they’re stronger, more confident, and more powerful than they ever imagined. And the best part? We get to do it while having an absolute blast! My classes are all about high energy, good vibes, and a killer mix of music—from pop hits to reggaeton—so every session feels like a dance party.

Bring the moxie, break a sweat – unleash your unstoppable energy! 🫶🏼✨

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Since we last spoke, I’ve continued teaching fitness classes throughout the Los Angeles area and have expanded to online classes as well.

I currently teach DANCE XCULPT, a virtual dance/sculpt and toning class, every Monday at 6:30 PM PST. This total-body dance cardio workout incorporates mini loop resistance bands and lightweight dumbbells (1-10 lbs) to strengthen, sculpt, and tone your legs, arms, and core. The class offers modifications for all fitness levels!

I also teach PLYOJAM, a high-energy dance format that combines explosive plyometric movements with fun choreography—guaranteed to leave you drenched!

In person, you can catch me teaching DANCE CARDIO at Equinox MDR, and I’m looking to add another class location soon—stay tuned! 🎶🔥
