Daily Inspiration: Meet Sabrina Zohar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Zohar

Hi Sabrina, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.

My story is anything but traditional. I started with a clothing line called Softwear that I’d been running while living in LA. I was slated to appear on Shark Tank, and I thought my life would be as the business owner and founder of Softwear.

I never in my life thought I’d be the person helping people with dating and relationships. It all started when I was doing podcasts and panels, really putting myself out there. Truth be told, I was the girl who needed the advice. I was struggling a lot with dating and noticed a lot of clickbait on the internet that didn’t move the needle.

So, I decided to create my own content by combining my psychology knowledge, the courses I’d taken, and my personal experiences. I wanted to help people in a way that was authentic and impactful. Then, my dog passed away, and my entire life shifted. I decided to turn to TikTok and create a video, and that one decision changed everything. It brought me to where I am today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Taking that one little risk changed my entire life

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

The road has been far from smooth. When I started, I had $0 in my account and just a dream. I didn’t know what I was doing—I had no professional equipment, no background except for my high school acting days, and no real idea how to talk to people.

When I started, I began creating on TikTok, then moved to Instagram, started a podcast, and even went through a name change. Along the way, I’ve faced trolls, negative comments, and people trying to change who I am. Every day, I deal with people projecting their insecurities and bullshit onto me.

But on the flip side, I also connect with incredible people who genuinely want to grow and show up for themselves.

It wasn’t easy. I lost my dog, almost lost my clothing line, and missed the chance to be on Shark Tank in order for this career to start. But despite all that, this was the best decision I’ve ever made, outside of losing my dog. That didn’t need to happen.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

I specialize in helping people transform their dating lives, relationships, and, most importantly, their relationship with themselves. Through social media, coaching, and public speaking, I’ve created a platform that blends psychology, personal experience, and authenticity to provide actionable advice that truly resonates.

What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built—people who feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My ability to connect deeply, share vulnerably, and cut through the noise with practical, no-nonsense guidance is what sets me apart.

Unlike much of the surface-level advice out there, my work focuses on fostering real growth and lasting self-awareness. It’s not just about dating; it’s about creating a life that feels fulfilling, inside and out.

What was your favorite childhood memory?

This is a tough question for me because I grew up in a chaotic household where memories were never really the most positive. But the one that comes to mind is when I was a kid, I must’ve been about four, my sister and I were really close, and I told my sister I wanted to write down the names of the seven dwarfs. She said, “Okay,” and started listing them—Sleepy, Dopey, and so on. Then she stopped and said, “Wait a minute, Sabrina doesn’t know how to write!”

It turned out I had just written my name, “Sabrina,” seven times. My sister laughed so hard, and it was one of those small, silly moments that brought us joy.
