Hi Mia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I founded Blushofaboss in late 2018!

It was birthed in Lou of my cleaning business at that time.

I launched this brand because one thing I never did was play about my hair. Everyone who knew/knows me. Knows this! I created this brand simply to give back to the culture for the girlies and for the boss mamas.

Providing quality top-tier extensions at affordable prices is something you can’t beat when comparing or shopping my brand blush of a boss, it was curated to achieve that high-tone look without breaking the bank.. in a competitive market such as the beauty industry when you are pitching your product you have to be in tune to what makes you different and what sets your brand apart from other brands that offer the same skills, brand + products you have to be able to identify why you out of every one else providing the same thing? With me I understand the value of looking good and feeling good going hand and hand but I take pride in being able to provide such quality products at exceptional prices, honestly, all this stuff comes from the same place , it’s just not okay to OVER CHARGE! especially with the economy spiraling up and down you should not have to decide between this or that shopping with a brand like mine you can have this and that. The best of both worlds and then some because that’s what we are all about “getting the more bang for less of a buck “ if you know you’d understand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Ummm definitely not!

There’s a lot it ranges from product quality at times , working with unfit customers whom feel overly entitled at times , the faulty chargebacks , ugh you name it!

But it’s definitely been a run and worth its while the continued satisfaction of our customers keeps us going it keeping the reminder in the front of our hearts why we started in the beginning, to provide an affordable source of hairapy! The industry loves us in a whole it hits different when you can see in the flesh what your brand brings and does for and in the community, it’s amazing like how many people are tagging me little ol me in their daily routines , GRWM , content let alone pictures and the endless countless of referrals …makes it all worth it

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
ASIDE FROM ESTABLISHING MULTIPLE BUSINESSES LIKE BLUSH OF A BOSS AND ROYAAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC, SHE SIMULTANEOUSLY WORKS AS A CIVIL SERVANT FOR THE U.S GOVERNMENT AND HAS WORKED WITH VARIOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
HELPING PEOPLE IS SECOND NATURE TO MIA LOVE AND CREATING BLUSH OF A BOSS HAS BROUGHT HER ONE MORE STEP CLOSER TOWARD ACHIEVING HER DREAMS.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Keep going , build a team , a team that wants to be a team . I have made many mistakes including people who don’t want to be included and my business has suffered from it.

Mistakes will happen it’s apart of the trial. Remember without a test in your trial of faith while on your journey , there will be no testimony.
