I was born and raised in Ventura, California and attended UC Berkeley to study film and media. I have always been absolutely in love with California from top to bottom. It’s the perfect place to grow up and be constantly inspired and energized or to create and capture the beautiful and bizarre. Growing up, I spent every free moment I had painting, photographing, surfing, and creating music with my friends. Read More>>

I originally moved out to Los Angeles almost 3 years ago to start my career in the video game industry. It was hard at first seeking employment in a completely new environment as a newcomer to the industry, so I resorted to attending a lot of meetup and networking events to gain new friends and contacts. Eventually, I was contacted by a staffing company to work as a contract employee at Disney Interactive. That was quickly followed by another contract opportunity at Naughty Dog. Read More>>

Well, my old neighborhood friend Doreal had a Canon T3i back in 2013, but he never once laid a finger on it. So just by curiosity, I’ll mess around with it. At that time my friend Chris had recently had his infamous group disbanded and most of his fans had left. He wanted to start fresh and with some punch this time so he decided to make a new group that will roam around the streets of LA that will get into parties, dope Hotel pools, and just talk game to girls in Hollywood. It was straight for that whole year. The crew grew from that initial 3 went to 13 people towards the end of the year. New people every other week wanted to hang out with us because Chris was like the most charismatic dude possible and will get the crew into a lot of events. Read More>>

I’ve lived in Southern California my whole life, grew up in the Antelope Valley and now reside in Los Angeles. My love for the arts started late in my life. After high school, I was lost. I originally started off writing for all the hip hop and R’n’B artists websites for the New Media Department at the former music label MCA Records. I grew up in a large family in rural Pennsylvania. Artistic opportunities weren’t always abundant but my mother kept us busy with crafts, community theatre, and dance classes. Toward the end of high school, I wasn’t fully sure of what I wanted to do next. I knew I wanted my career to be unique, preferably in the arts, and dancing was what I loved. With my sights set on Chicago, I found myself at Columbia College to pursue a BA in Dance Pedagogy. Read More>>

Both my parents are neurologists – which means they are experts on the human brain – but I knew early on that I wasn’t cut out for doctor life. For as long as I can remember I was sketching and drawing – I recall back in 2nd grade losing points on my math homework because I’d filled the margins with doodles – and I spent hours at the library reading illustrated children’s books. Even though I loved art, I figured I’d be a creative writer. When I fell in love with music that became the main focus of my writing, but I also wrote a lot about the awkward tensions of teenage friendships, puberty, and the loneliness of a hyperactive mind.
