Meet Zack Fahey of Haunted Santa Monica Ghost Tours in Santa Monica

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zack Fahey.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My wife and I have always had an appreciation for all things paranormal, one day we wanted to take a local ghost tour in our own town of Santa Monica. There wasn’t a ghost tour available here in 2015, so we thought maybe there isn’t much paranormal phenomena in Santa Monica. However, after compiling local haunted lore and eyewitness accounts we realized that this town is indeed heavily haunted and we now share our findings with the public through our ghost tours.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Overall it has been very smooth. We learn more about our industry every day and have been well supported by tourists and locals alike. Finding effective forms of advertisement has been a great challenge and an educational experience. Also in our operation of the tour we sometimes have obstacles arise, these obstacles can take on many forms.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Haunted Santa Monica Ghost Tours – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are a walking tour company that specializes in the paranormal activity in and around the Santa Monica Pier. The thing I’m most proud of is that our company “Haunted Santa Monica Ghost Tours” is that my wife and I created it! We do it our way which is more interactive than most haunted walking tours.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are expanding our company to doing walking Foodie Tours as well as rolling Bike Tours! So yeah there’s a lot going on.
