Today we’d like to introduce you to Vincent Spina.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I have wanted to live in LA and be involved in the motorcycle industry since I was a kid. And believe it or not, I finally made my dream come true when I was 53! The saying is true: It’s never too late! I have been on a motorcycle since I was ten years old. And now I’ve had the opportunity to meet & work with people I have admired since I was a kid. The westside is and has always been an area of incredibly influential people in the motorcycle industry. It’s a dream come true to be a part of it all.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
In 2018, I was diagnosed with cancer. I spent a lot of time in the hospital and in pretty demanding treatment for a year. At the time, Motorcycle Mover had grown to have locations in San Diego, San Gabriel Valley, Orange County. I made the decision to close all but West LA and San Francisco. And a shoutout to the Team at UCLA Medical. They are FANTASTIC!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Motorcycle Mover LA?
Primarily Motorcycle Mover is a hybrid company that specializes in the precision mobility, logistics and handling of premium motorcycles. We also provide prop bikes for the film industry and motorcycle asset management for people with motorcycle collections.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
Nothing to dislike. I live in Santa Monica. I have ALWAYS wanted to live here. My business has given me the opportunity to live here AND be involved with something I love.
