Meet Vairon Perez of Brickhouse Pizza in Whittier

Today we’d like to introduce you to Vairon Perez.

Vairon, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We have been in business for over 10 years serving the Whittier community. As a family owned restaurant, we strive to keep our food fresh and use quality ingredients. After all who wants a crappy pizza right?

Has it been a smooth road?
We don’t think any business ever has a smooth road. Some of the struggles we have had would be keeping with the demand for delivery and adjusting to new trends and delivery services which broaden our delivery areas but also place a strain into our kitchen as we have minimal room for expansion.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Brickhouse Pizza Story. Tell us more about the business.
I believe what sets us apart from others is not only our dedication to freshness and friendliness not to mention we push out new items or a twist on classic items all the times, either as permanent menu items or temporary/seasonal items.

Our most popular Mexican pizza has been a staple with us since we started and the community loves it!

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
We are already seeing them, such as new delivery service apps. We have to keep up with demands.
