Today we’d like to introduce you to Sima Cohen.
Sima, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I came to the US when I was 20 years old with absolutely no money, no English and no family in the states but just a dream of building a better life for myself. Ever since then, I have worked hard every single day of my life and built. a work ethic like no other. I always put myself in service of others and I always ask myself what can I do today to leave a legacy for tomorrow. My journey was never easy, in fact, it was full of hardships, challenges, breakdowns, and everything in-between.
I always had a dream of publishing a book and sharing my passion about life, my PCF method and my love for food. In November 2017, after my book Sima’s Healthy Indgulences, was published, many tv stations called and asked to book me and have my story on air. Now, we are expanding and growing in different avenues with a goal to impact millions of people in many different countries across the world to live life to the fullest, to have no regrets, and to remind ourselves that everyone, regardless of our circumstances, deserves a second chance.
Has it been a smooth road?
I’ve had many obstacles, hardships, breakdowns but that is part of life, part of creating a company, building a brand. If you think everything is going to be just rainbow’s and butterflies, then my suggestion is to just work for someone else. My advice is to adopt some type of spiritual practice where you remind yourself to stay grounded, to infuse your mind with a higher level of thought system and behavior that will lead to a better you. Not the reactive you, not a short-fuse you, not a moody you, but a better version of yourself that no matter what happens you remember to stay strong, stay grounded and always find a solution to whatever obstacle comes your way.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of. What sets you apart from others?
I am known as the transformation expert, my gifts are seeing the potential in others when they don’t have the ability to see it in themselves. I take pride in lifting people up and bringing the best out of them, giving them simplified tools to better their life so they can be the best versions of themselves to society. What sets me apart from other is that I was my own very first client, I was always on a mission to learn as much as possible in order for me to teach my clients and each and every person I conduct business with.
Which women have inspired you in your life?
Oprah Winfrey, Marianne Williamson, and Malala and my daughter, Kayla.
