Meet Trailblazer Daria Tsvenger

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daria Tsvenger.

Daria, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was always fascinated by how the human brain works.
It’s our biological hardware that we inherited from our mammalian ancestors.
Unless we know how this organ works – we are not able to design our life the way we want.

I never thought that I would experience loneliness and depression. When this negative state hit me hard, I was blaming myself for “being” wrong, hence, falling deeper into this rabbit hole.

During my quest to figure out how to get unstuck… I’ve done it all:
From hypnotherapy sessions to cognitive behavioral therapy; from Tony Robbins programs to hard-core Neuroscience at Stanford.

Finally, I got answers to the most bothering questions:

Why do we feel what we feel?
What makes us stuck?
And what makes us motivated and enthusiastic?
Why do circumstances align against us?
And why somebody gets lucky?

I was actively expressing my passion via social media and people start to notice my work. I was invited to do public speaking in NY, SF, London – for big companies and for college students.

During years of personal growth and neuroscience work – I’ve created my crown jewel – an online group coaching program “The Dream Sprint”. It starts every month. I’ll guide you through a series of brainpower exercises that will help you gain clarity and figure out what you want from life and encourage you to pursue your true desires.

To this day, more than 400 people experienced this program and got new jobs, new relationships, grew businesses and became more excited about life.
To make it accessible – first 10 days are free and you get a lot of value just from this experience.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course, it wasn’t and it isn’t!
I’ve struggled a lot with loneliness, I was blaming myself for feeling bad.
Now, I became more aware of what I was feeling.
As my therapist says: “You’ve hit an existential crisis far too young.”

I notice how society creates pressure for wanting more things, achieving fancier titles and being busy 24/7.

So, my dear girl, please, know, that your brain is thousands of years old and it’s designed to search for threats, it’s designed to want things that others want and feel bad when you are not getting them.
But it’s just your old human brain.
You don’t have to believe it.

You can change the narrative, you can create your own story.
You are worthy. Just because you were born on this planet Earth – the whole Universe conspired for you to be here.

Get clear on what YOU want. And patiently move towards that!

Please tell us about The Dream Sprint – what should we know?
I’m a mindset expert and host of the personal growth accountability program “Dream Sprint”. It has helped hundreds of people tap into the power of the brain to gain clarity and move from stagnation to action.

I’ve inspired hundreds of people on stages all over the world for clients including Robinhood and MGM Law. I’ve also shared my expertise on science-based personal development on TV Shows such as “Good Morning LA-LA-LAND” and “Simulation” while having a loyal following of over 20,000 people.

I completed a Cognitive Neuroscience Stanford University extension program and had a chance to learn from top experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, Dr. David Eagleman, Marisa Peer, and Dr. Loretta Breuning.

What sets us apart from the other online program creators is that we’re offering a completely new approach to personal growth courses.

While charging an accessible price, my team and I are committed to providing personal feedback for every assignment for every group member. Doesn’t matter, it’s a paid version or a free one.

We’re tired of seeing people purchasing “self-paced” courses and never finishing them. An official statistics for course completion on Coursera is 4%. Have you ever felt guilty when you purchased a program and never finished it? 96% of people who enroll in the full version of the Dream Sprint – are actually finishing it on time!

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
