Meet Trailblazer Angie Sanchez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angie Sanchez.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
As a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner (QHHT), I came into the space wanting to provide a first-hand experience for people to access their subconscious mind. I first learned about QHHT when a mentor referred me to look up Dolores Cannon on Youtube. I felt an instant connection to what she was saying regarding the reports her clients were giving over the span of 30+ years. I had a life progressing experience in my very first QHHT session with a Practitioner here in Los Angeles, and a year later, I got certified as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner.

For me, being in the healing space meant meditating daily, listening for answers and clues as to what steps to take next that I lost a bit of sense on how to be in the world. I was so caught up in healing, sharing tips on YouTube, doing Facebook Lives that I forgot how to be in the world. When we’re in this space, we can feel so disconnected with what’s around us. So, I started my Mindfulness + Lifestyle Blog at Arcusology.com to embrace life.

On the platform, I share tips on being Mindful of Our Bodies, Following your Intuition and Celebrating Relationships, Sister Time and how that could be a challenge. I also have a Featured Game Changer every month. We’ve had a Sexual Wellness Expert, and a Model Talk about Body Positivity. We just had our first Live Event on Self-Love in Downtown LA at The Urban Jungle Studio that was out of this world! And when I say, “we” I really mean myself and my intuition/passion about share insights on Self-Love, being in the world, collapsing time to heal our Inner Child, and aligning with our goals and aspirations.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has most definitely not been a smooth road. Some of the advice I would give my younger self would be to start. Start where you are and don’t wait for the perfect time, permission or to have the right authority to speak on a topic. I would give this same advice to anyone getting started on their journey. The journey is forever expanding and evolving, so you always have to push through the fear of what is stopping you. If you’re aren’t growing then you are too comfortable. Have conviction in what you are doing and do it proudly.

We’d love to hear more about QHHT Practitioner and Mindfulness + Lifestyle Blogger at Arcusology.com.
What I do is very niche, I’m a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner. What does that even mean, right? Well, I have clients that come to me for sessions where I regress them to access information about other timelines. This could mean their childhood, past lives or lives in between very similar to what the famous Dr. Brian Weiss shares about in his book “Many Lives Many Masters.” I’m very proud of this work as I get to see my clients embrace their lives and become a better version of themselves.

As the founder of Arcusology, I am very proud of our live event that was held in late July. This event was all about Self-Love and Integrating that into the everyday life. I broke it down into three parts: Body, Mind, Spirit. We opened up with an exercise to become aware of where we are in life now and where we want to be in a year. We dove into three different guided meditations where we collapsed time to meet with our Inner Child, meet our future selves and use visualization to see ourselves a year later. We had the lovely Amberly Lago, Author of “True Grit and Grace” share her experience and her relationship with her body after an accident she experienced where she spent months in the hospital and had 34 surgeries. It was an honor to have her there and everyone else that attended as well. I am so proud of the tools people walked away with and the Self-Love Integration Workshop itself.

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
I read regularly. It’s my way to unplug currently, I am reading “Creating Money” by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. I listen to several Podcast, mostly when I’m stuck in LA traffic: Thrive Academy with Jess Guidroz (Lifestyle + Inspirational), The Sunny Show with Sunny Lenarduzzi (Entrepreneurship + Expert Tips), The Influencer Podcast with Julie Solomon (Social Media + Blogging + Expert Tips). Blogs: Lee from America, Om & The City.

These are GOLDEN.
