Meet Chef Stephen Augustin of The Cultured Chef in Downtown LA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chef Stephen Augustin.

The Cultured Chef was built on the pillars of enhanced experience, service, fine quality & attention to detail. Chef Stephen grew up in a culinary family based in Boston and decided after successful years in the tech industry to launch the culinary service full-time.

The main clientele stem from athletes & entertainers, it has grown to featured events & pop-ups around the country. Including weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays & numerous other special events.

Has it been a smooth road?
Thankfully, our reputation tends to precede us, as most of our clientele comes from word of mouth.

We appreciate the trust and ability to overachieve expectations when working with our clients. At the end of the day, our clients become family through breaking bread and bonding over the dinner table.

With that being said, we’ve had our share of growing pains. As they say, good talent can be hard to find, so we make it a priority to keep our core staff intact so our clients are always familiar with the in house family. We look forward to continuing to hire the most innovative and talented chefs & staff across the country.

Our attention to detail in enhancing every sense is immediately noticed and appreciated by guests. From the site, to sound, smell & taste, it is our pleasure to make sure every guest is somehow “wowed”.

Los Angeles is an amazing market to provide a new service with a tailor-made feel. The people here are always open to trying something new every day of the week, especially when it comes to food.

-Become comfortable with being uncomfortable, it means you’re growing.
