Stefano, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Coming from upstate NY, I found the wings in LA to be less than satisfying. I started as a backyard BBQ in 2012, ended up with up to 50 uninvited guests. So we took to farmer’s markets in 2013. In 2015, we bought our first truck and 2016 we bought our second truck. We are now looking to open a brick and mortar restaurant!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

We specialize in pub style food, especially known for our chicken wings and waffles. All of our items are unique and you won’t find them anywhere else. Our kickin chicken plates are very popular, which combine 3 shredded cheeses in a blend of spices, which we melt and add cooked bacon, fresh jalapeño, and our seasoned grilled chicken.

My wife who bought me my first fryer and helped me get started with farmer’s markets. She also balanced our family and personal life with the demands of running our own business.
