Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Working in TV is one of the few careers where they tell you your end date on the day they hire you. You constantly have to do the job to the best of your ability all while looking for the next one. It’s not for everybody.

Shannon Eric Denton – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I’m an independent creator. With the heavy turnover in our industry, I’m extremely thankful to be in demand for as long as I have been.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is constantly looking for a challenge, eventually conquering it, and moving on to the next one.
