Meet SethEliot Santoro

Today we’d like to introduce you to SethEliot Santoro.

Born in New England, raised in New York City (at the sweet age of sixteen when he went to Sarah Lawrence College), and finalized/coiffed in Los Angeles, SethEliot is quite the interesting part where the best parts of New England and the worst parts of NYC interlink together in a very clandestine manner. Los Angeles has finally shaped SethEliot into who he is on the day-to-day.

SethEliot’s vision is to inspire the world, one by one, to smile from the inside. He wants to help the world heal as well as inspire everyone to know better, be better, and ultimately do better.

He also wrote a self-help book, entitled “How I Learned to Smile From The Inside.” The book is for people who have ever lost their smile. It is a sort-of manual for how to heal from loss.

Loss of any kind. It could be death, cancer, kidnap, break-ups, etc… He’ll take you on his journey through 5 specific tribulations within his life…and share his process through the acronym of SMILE, the last step being Embrace…

Having intuitive moments his entire life (thinking it was normal), SethEliot broke a pattern in his romantic relationship one day, and the very next day, the “other” world literally opened up full force. It took about 9 months for him to “come out” for the second time in life to himself, his family, and then his friends. It’s 4 years later and he still continues his journey to develop as a psychic medium, especially recently discovering energy and chakra healing/clearing.

He is also available for motivational and inspirational speaking engagements throughout the world. There’s never a dull moment in his life.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Ha! Never a dull moment. Always a challenge to overcome. You know that little self-help book I wrote about my life. It is centered around 5 minor/major events that have happened in my life. I have had so many more unexplainable, unbelievable, and incredible challenges however have overcome all of them.

Here are just a few examples from the book:

Cancer – I am a cancer survivor (superficial spreading malignant melanoma).

Almost HIV – I nearly, by the skin of my teeth, escaped HIV.

Kidnap – I have narrowly escaped kidnap twice in my life, once in Colombia, and once recently in Mexico.

Death – Over the course of two years, 5 of my friends passed away. Craziness, right?

9/11 – It was quite a harrowing experience for New Yorkers like myself.

The gift itself continues to develop and mature as time goes on. It is indeed true that with great power comes great responsibility. For me, the most awesome is that I know/feel when people are going to die and at what age. Knowing this information is quite unique and special.

Lastly, this is not to mention that as an adult gay proud “gender fluid” man I have to “come out” every single day of my life. It’s just what we have to do and I’m so happy and proud of the man I have become.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about SethEliot – what should we know?
Intuitive/Psychic Readings – focus on the not-so-distant past, the present, and the not-so-distant future.

Mediumship Readings – communicating with the deceased loved ones.

Spiritual Guidance – perhaps just a conversation…you might have a few questions, etc…

Energy/Chakra Reading – I not only clear/clean your chakras, but also give you a reading in the process.

Intuitive Coaching – a cross between coaching, as I’m a certified empowerment coach, and the Intuitive work.

The Healing Roadmap – a newly offered intuitive journey through your life, through your  healings, your challenges, and more…we heal you together.

In addition to the above:

Psychic Adventure Courses – I am the “facilitator” where students (and myself) can learn and develop together through fun and beautiful psychic exercises.

Motivational/Inspiration Speaker

Bereavement Facilitator – work with non-profits to help support individual’s healing from death/loss.

To find a person who does all of the above is rare, even in our field of mystical arts. I am most proud of the fact that soon I will be branding myself “The Death Expert.” As I understand deeply death from both sides, literally and figuratively, I believe this might be my calling for the future.

There has been some TV interest and production companies have requested some ideas for shows. It’s just a matter of time before that happens. Fingers crossed.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Honesty. Transparency.

In each reading, I make sure to tell the client that the information is what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear.

Genuine empathy/sympathy. Death is a part of life.

Gentleness. Humour. Love. Giving.

I am myself at all times. Always.
