Meet Sebastien and Jennifer Audeon of L’Audeon

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sebastien and Jennifer Audeon.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Sebastien and Jennifer. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Honestly, this all came about from an idea Jennifer (Co-Founder) had while in the middle of a blowout. One of her clients was complaining about not having an easy place to find and book a professional in different cities while traveling.

Fast forward about a year and a half and we have released an iPhone application which tackles this problem head-on. Allowing potential customers to browse through our highly curated list of professionals (currently Los Angeles only), they are now able to easily schedule appointments and pay all via the application.

We are currently looking to expand our list of professionals and services that they are able to provide. Currently, we have blowouts and make up available.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road to where we are now. It’s been a lot of long days and nights trying to work out the best way to approach professionals and also gain potential customers.

A major hurdle was actually finding professionals that fit our criteria. We want to provide an excellent experience both via the application and in person, so finding the right professionals has been extremely difficult.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with L’Audeon – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Between Jennifer and I, we have over twenty years of experience in our relative fields.

Jennifer in the hair industry, myself in software. When Jennifer approached me with this idea, I knew it was something that I wanted to dedicate a lot of my effort towards.

L’Audeon sets itself apart from the likes of Priv, beGlammed etc by allowing you to research your professional before choosing the service. We also have a high standard for the professionals we allow on our service and therefore you, as a customer, know you’re going to get an excellent experience.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We are currently undergoing a bit of a re-brand and making sure that we are getting ourselves situated correctly for expanding to other cities here in California.

We would love to expand outside of California, but our focus is more here than anywhere.
