Meet Rozalin Benlevi Kashani of Elite Immigration Law in Beverly Hills

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rozalin Benlevi Kashani.

Rozalin, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born and grew up in Iran and immigrated to the US when I was 16. I graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and Middle Eastern studies. Then I transferred to Trinity International Law School and received my Juris Doctor (JD) degree. I passed the CA bar exam the same year and started to practice immigration law shortly after.

Has it been a smooth road?
I came to the US when I was a teenager and struggled for the first few years to get fluent in English and get adjusted to American culture. This is why I decided to practice immigration law so I can help others and make the immigration process as smooth as possible for them. I understand how difficult It is to come to a new country, leave everything behind and start fresh. This is why I go above and beyond to help my clients and make sure they have a good experience.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Elite Immigration Law story. Tell us more about the business.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Immigration laws have changed so much in the past few years and we are expecting to see even bigger changes happening in the next few years.

I am hoping to expand our law firm to other locations and be able to serve more clients in various parts of California.
