Meet Queś Williams of Midas Touch Creative Group in DTLA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Queś Williams.

Queś, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am where I am today through sheer resilience. I’ve experienced many situations that gave me reasons to quit but I didn’t. I never gave up on myself and neither should you. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted the most out of life and I don’t settle. “Work smarter not harder” – Scrooge McDuck

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s been as smooth as open heart surgery can be, metaphorically speaking. Needless to say I’ve had my heart ripped out of my chest a few times. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. However, nothing worth having is easily obtained. My biggest struggle has been with my own thoughts honestly. I am a perfectionist to compensate for not feeling good enough at times. The gift in that is immaculate work and work ethic. The results yield themselves.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Midas Touch Creative Group – what should we know?
My company develops people and their projects. Mostly through consulting, photography and video. I am a producer. I produce content, I tell stories and I create. I am most known for my vision and everything starts with a vision. I’m the King of ideas. As a company, I’m most proud of a more than satisfied client. We overachieve to ensure your ROI. That’s what sets us apart. As a result, word of mouth alone has kept us a float for six years now.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
Having a great team to support your vision is a necessity. So shout out to team MTCG and my village of loved ones. I have many influences. Too many great business influences for me to name right now. Most importantly though, you can not do anything without a belief in yourself. So start there and invest in YOU. Invest in your mind. Read or listen to audiobooks. Self-help for personal growth then jump into more business development topics. Baje Fletcher introduced me to audiobooks and it changed my life.
