Meet Michelle Stacey of 2S Companies in Beaumont

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Stacey.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Michelle. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Started Sign installation business in 2005, with now husband, Rob Sjodin (hence the “2 S’s”). Sign Installation business started based out of Clearwater, FL. We began traveling to set up mobile installation operations as need on site-by-site basis. Relocated to Beaumont TX in 2006. We have now completed installations in 28 states and PR, with one in progress in Las Vegas, NV to be added to the list by May of 2018.

In 2016 we started the Roll-Off service; partnered with attorney Jason Byrd in 2017 and formed LLC (that’s where we get the now plural “2S Companies”).  We added demolition services in 2017, following Harvey.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s never been smooth.  We’re always up and down; reinventing ourselves, cycling equipment and following trends or work demands.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with 2S Companies – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We handle specialty, difficult and customized installations or large-scale projects. We have completed several hi-rise installations. I’m very proud of our hands-on approach and tight-knit groups. Many employees cross over working in multiple areas of the businesses. Our ability to respond to needs in the Southeast Texas area immediately following the devastation caused by flooding from Hurricane Harvey.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Love SOCAL and big cities in general, for working; but enjoy living and home life in a more mid-size city like Beaumont TX.
