Today we’d like to introduce you to Melinor Moore.

Daughter of the late great jazz legend Melvin E. Moore, emerged a passionate, savvy, entrepreneur, Melinor Moore. She has been climbing the ranks to route entertainment business sectors since the mid-’90s. Moore ascended to the top in the male-dominated concert promotions industry by producing successful events, tours, and acclaimed festivals across the country. In 2009, Moore founded AEOM PR, a full-service multimedia, boutique public relations firm specialized in quality entertainment services to a host of celebrities, high profile clientele, and non-profit organizations. During the same year, Moore also co-founded AEOM Global a multimedia conglomerate comprised of over 25 entertainment industry professionals as well as AEOM Magazine. Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was never a smooth road but I did my best to help many people along the way.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about AEOM PR – what should we know?
I specialize in Entertainment Public Relations with a focus in Music Administration and Communications.

I am most proud of helping others during the holidays by providing families with Un-Wrapped Holiday Gifts. Each year for over 11 years, I have been able to bring a little holiday cheer to those families affected by health-related illnesses, such as Cancer, Lupus, and Sickle Cell Disease as well as families in dire economic need, during the most difficult time of the year. Our goal annually is to continue to provide these very special families with un-wrapped holiday gifts and put a smile on the faces of families who have very little to smile about. Many of these families have little or no income and have had to make the sacrifice of either purchasing much-needed medication or food for their families’ tables.

What sets me apart from others is that I am someone who cares about the basic needs of others,

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I think the characteristic I have is knowing that none of us are perfect and we learn each day to become the best we can be.

If we take the time to do our best, we will all obtain success.
