Meet Marcello Rospide of Pink Cloud Radio in Long Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marcello Rospide.

Marcello, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
In 2012, I received a Bachelor in Arts in English Literature and Creative writing from California State University Long Beach. After college, I have been working as a paraeducator for the ABC unified school district. Currently am preparing to take the CBEST, pursuing to become a substitute teacher.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Going after little fish has delayed me from my lasting goals and accomplishments. Instant gratification of my well being in the now had put aside my current path I am making. Family and friendships have been cut off, as well a chosen family has been made through these broken parts. I appreciate all these for showing me patience, empathy, and open nature towards my own growth and connections with others.

Please tell us about Pink Cloud Radio.
Pink Cloud Radio has created an avenue to work on editing and creative writing with the world. Inspiration, media presentation, and support service with clients has kept my goals alive for years. I offer services for editing for papers, creative writing for special projects, and creating creative projects with the world. Social media I have done over the years as PCR includes podcasts on YouTube and mixcloud, services and creative posts on Facebook page. Proud that my creative talents have been shown through media online, and the amount of instant creativity that flourishes through the online community. I create the innovation of my talents and show it to bring up the interest to create work with them and to help with their work.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
To start over on this path would change my ideas of keeping safe and limiting the spaces occupied. Taking care of those that are not concerned of my future place, but rather their own closed off social spaces would not be entertained. Building my relationships and connections with those that are related in the same pursuits and values as I feature my own creativity. This is what I am doing in the now.
