Prehab 2 Perform is an innovative wellness clinic based out of Venice, California that provides Physical and Occupational Therapy services, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Massage Therapy, body work services, NormaTec boot access, and nation-wide educational seminars focusing on injury prevention and optimization of athletic performance. Lindsay and Steve are passionate about giving back to the community and enhancing our clients’ health, fitness and quality of life.

Has it been a smooth road?
Leaving the financial security of my corporate Occupational Therapy career in order to take the leap of faith in starting my own company was a very stressful one for me as I grew up idolizing security with minimized monetary risk. However, once I left my 9-5, I began to thrive in the fact that anything was possible with the limits merely being set by nobody other than myself. Not just starting your own company, but keeping it thriving, is extremely challenging. It takes hustle & a whole lot of grit.

Simply Stretch LA is not only a new company, but it is also a new CONCEPT. Manual-assisted stretching is not something that the majority of the general population has experienced before. As a result, the greatest challenge has been educating the public about the benefits of manual-assisted stretching, what to expect, and why it is so important. People know when their bodies need work, but usually their minds automatically go to “I need to get a massage”. I am on a mission to educate people about their bodies & help change that mindset to “I need to go get stretched”. Getting people in the door to FEEL what it is that I do is the hard part. Once they feel it, you can see that they instantly understand.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
At Simply Stretch LA, we specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Graston & Kinesiotaping techniques to address the body as a whole – restoring natural movement, rapidly eliminating pain, improving mobility, reducing recovery time & optimizing athletic performance.

I take pride in the fact that we help clients identify the actual root causes of their pain & treat from the root outward. Simply Stretch LA also partners with Prehab 2 Perform, a neighboring Physical Therapy & Sports Performance clinic, to provide not only the mobility work, but also professional strength/stability work that most clients need to fully reach their goals.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, absolutely! Southern California is full of active, healthy people that understand the importance of investing in their bodies and are willing to do so!
