Thanks for sharing your story with us Liana. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We started the company about 7 years ago when the realtor who was selling our own home asked if we I was willing to stage a few of his properties. Our home was well decorated and almost every agent who walked through the doors asked if they could have our “stager’s” phone number.
I was excited to stage homes. I’ve always loved decorating and have always been a visual and creative person. After staging my fist home it was clear to me that I found what I was not only best at but most passionate about! Transforming spaces soon traformed me!
In 2016, we staged over 400,000 square feet of homes and helped to sell over 250 million dollars of real estate!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We were very fortunate to have a tremendous amount of interest right when we launched the company. We found that many realtors and home owners were in need of staggers but had difficulty finding ones that were affordable, approachable or available!
With each project we completed, we drew in interest from realtors, buyers and sellers who walked through the properties we had staged.
We understood that each project gave us a tremendous opportunity to advertise (free of charge) our work to the exact audience we wanted.
So we make sure to pour our hearts into projects and perform our best each and every time. You never know who’s going to walk through those doors.
The difficulties we faced were mostly logistical. Growing extremely quickly and trying to make sure your inventory, employees, and workspace were capable of growing with you. Investing in your business and not begin affairs
Stage Of Mind – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a real estate home staging firm.
We decorate empty homes that are going on the market for sale. Our team comes up with a design plan for each home then we show up with our large truck and decorate homes to showcase them in their absolute way light.
Buyers fall in love with the lifestyle that can be enjoyed in the home.
We carefully consider each home’s architectural style, size and the buyers it will likely attract.
Our inventory houses a large selection of all styles of furnishings. From ultra-modern to traditional, we have a plan for it all!
What sets us apart is not only our versatility in design but also the fact that we are a boutique family-operated company. Each project and each client are important to us. No one is just a number when they hire us! We become a team, all with our eyes on the same goal; to get the home sold!
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I think our proudest moments come when we receive reviews from our clients.
All of our clients are thrilled and thankful but when they write a detailed review for our business, it really feels amazing to hear how much of an impact you had on someone’s success.
Selling a home is something some people do once or twice in a lifetime, and it’s important that our clients feel that we are as invested as they are.
