Meet Leticia Christine Rojas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Leticia Christine Rojas.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am a personal trainer and want to help others follow their dream. While going to college, I found fitness, and it was simply a natural fit, one that would forever change my destiny. Soon, I found myself not only training myself but using my knowledge and skills I acquired over years of working out to impart what I’ve learned to others. I decided to leave college and make personal training my career. However, personal training wouldn’t be enough.

I am an ambitious individual and wanted to represent a company I strongly believe in. I am a strong believer in vision boards, so I designed one at the beginning of the year of all the goals I wanted to accomplish in 2018. I put Live Fit Apparel on my vision board, and I envisioned myself being a part of the team. I value Live Fit Apparel because they want to empower individuals to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. On September 27th, 2018, I signed with Live Fit Apparel.

I am so thankful to be a part of a team that makes me want to be the better version of myself. In hopes of reaching a wider audience where I could further increase my influence on the fitness community, I want to help individuals build self-confidence through fitness. In my past, I struggled with loving my reflection in the mirror. But by living a fit life, I have learned the true meaning of self-confidence and self-love.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
One challenge that I faced was being in a toxic relationship that made me feel worthless. One day it just clicked. I realized what was important and what wasn’t.

I learned to care less about what other people thought of me and more about what I thought about myself. Since then, I have been working on my spiritual growth, and that has shaped me who I am today.

I smile today because I am so proud of how far I’ve come. I remember when I thought things were such a mess that they would never recover. Finding myself and learning to love myself was not easy.

It took leaving people and habits that were not healthy. I left everything that kept me small.

We’d love to hear more about what you do.
I am a personal trainer, and I began training December 2017. My drive for fitness and self-love are everything. I help all my clients learn to believe in themselves because ultimately it is all up to you.

Pushing them to their limits and helping them find self-love. Seeing my clients grow to love their reflection in the mirror is such a rewarding feeling. I make sure that my client learns how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.

What has been the proudest moment of your career so far?
Meeting an individual at the right time. I was debating if I should pursue teaching or if I should follow my fitness career. I met someone who was faced with the same challenge and made me decide to leave college.

Seeing how successful that individual became made me realize that it is possible. It helped me believe that I can do it and ever since that conversation I followed my fitness career.
