Meet Keyosha Collison of Niche in South OC (Laguna Niguel)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keyosha Collison.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I finished le cordon bleu in Hollywood in 2011, in the midst of school I got married to an NBA player, finished school (no honeymoon) and moved away for eight years. I’ve barely been home in SoCal for a year due to retirement, trying to get my feet on the ground without a man. After settling home, catching up with friends and family, pandemic started. I do boutique catering and private cheffing (1-15 people). Since the pandemic, I’m only doing meal prep for ppl around south OC. My “Niche” is that I specialize in international ingredients.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No. I’m in the midst of a divorce due to narcissism. The struggle is gaining my strength back as a women with a six years old little boy to raise.

Please tell us about Niche.
I specialize in international ingredients, I do not like catering to a lot of ppl (1-15), I also specialize mainly in athletes, due to my partner I was with, healthy eating, gaining and maintaining muscle (he was a point guard)…..what sets me apart is that I’m well rounded, I’m able to cater to different cultures and body types.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Traveling.
