Meet Kamilah Ferrari of The Millennial Group in Beverly Hills and Studio City

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kamilah Ferrari.

So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started out modeling – which I still am involved with to this day. I am a former glamour model that has been featured in magazines like Maxim, interviewed as a guest for a 2-hour segment on ‪Eminem‬’s Shade45 SiriusXM station, and have hosted various events from Los Angeles to NYC – from nightclubs to dayclubs, to nonprofit events of all kinds!

Last year, after my interview with Maxim, I began to take a step back from glamour modeling. Fashion has always been such a huge part of my life, so it was only natural for me to gravitate towards that. I am still working as a model – but in fashion and editorial print. I am also an up-and-coming actress.

Through modeling, as well as simply posting “selfies” and lifestyle photos over the years, I gained a platform of over 370k Twitter followers.

Though a model, I was never a huge Instagrammer, ironically enough. Though I don’t post as frequently, I do still have a following of 80k and plan on posting many new photoshoots very soon.

Writing has always been a huge passion of mine since my childhood. From literature to poems, to songs -I love it all!

While recovering from a tough surgery last year, I discovered my love for writing again. My few online posts I wrote while recovering soon blossomed into a full online blog. In a little under nine months, I composed 99 posts – many being long, detailed blogs.

I also frequently updated the website in which my blog is displayed on. For as long as I can remember, I loved to create websites. I learned how to design websites at just seven years old. I even learned HTML coding at eleven years old.

It was only natural for me to combine my love for writing, my large social media platform, web skills, and passion for creative web aesthetics: creating my very first company from the ground up: “The Millennial Group.”

Has it been a smooth road?
I would definitely say most of the struggles I face surround being judged by the way I look – as well as being judged by my age. People may see my online persona and see a model (and not much else). The truth of the matter is, I am confident in my abilities and beyond capable of proving each and every stigma wrong. This is another reason I recently renamed my self-titled business to “The Millennial Group.” We are a new breed of marketing that is of the times. People don’t always trust what they don’t understand. We love to enlighten our clients with the usage of new-age web tactics fit for an ever-changing, always evolving social media and web market. We believe that as your particular industry progresses, as should your company’s web presence. We combine a vast amount of web knowledge with equal amount creative web aesthetics. From understanding analytics and market trends, to HTML, to advanced-level branding both on and offline. We love proving the skeptics wrong.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Millennial Group. – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
