Meet K8 Panik, Alex Devill, Ven Adams, Josh Dancu and Fin Dumonde of Faint Endless

Today we’d like to introduce you to K8 Panik, Alex Devill, Ven Adams, Josh Dancu and Fin Dumonde.

So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Alex (vocals), Ven (Guitar), and K8 (Guitar) all met during art school and instantly bonded over our love for rock music and alternative fashion. We procured Finn (Bass) at the scene of a tragic 3D printing accident and found Josh (Drums) on backpages.

We thought the world could use a big fat helping of glamour and gore so we decided to form a band. The Faint Endless can be described as The Rocky Horror Picture Show meets Jackass meets Fashion Week. Since then we’ve been playing local dive bars, backyard shows, and played with bands like Michael Graves. We pride ourselves on an insane live performance featuring acrobatics, painful stunts, and wet T-shirt contests. We’re currently working on our first album and have our first single coming out early Spring 2020.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a long and arduous process littered with struggles and challenges, For example, we have been frequently plagued with drummer issues. The Faint Endless has had a total of four drummers. We lost our first drummer at a club, he left for the bathroom and just never came back. Our second drummer had this weird medical condition, he dropped dead during our set at the Ventura county fair. Our third drummer was extremely allergic to shellfish and unbeknownst to him accidentally made out with a babe who had eaten a shrimp po boy for lunch, Our four drummer is our boy Josh, he’s great. We hope nothing happens to him.

We’d love to hear more about your band.
The Faint Endless is a unique blend of high fashion with a punk rock attitude. We love to perform live and put on a crazy show for our audience, we want our shows to be an immersive experience. We haven’t done our job If you don’t leave our show covered in glitter, spit, and the creeping sensation that you’ll never be happy again.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Our sense of humor is essential to our success. We can laugh about our mistakes and don’t take ourselves to seriously. I think that’s something that’s missing from the music industry, everyone takes themselves too seriously.
