Today we’d like to introduce you to Jupiter Black.
Jupiter, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Ever since I was young I’ve been drawn to music. My father was a musician (pianist/singer) and my mom was his manager. I started singing at a young age and as I got older I developed a love for writing and the art of lyricism & Through that I discovered my own voice allowing me to transition into the artist I am today. It’s all a flow.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think anyone’s journey is easy, but I try to maintain the awareness to stay focused on my chosen path. Some challenges I’ve faced is resistance towards self and circumstance, but I digress.
We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
My current focus is just the growth of me as a artist and what creative boundaries in my mind can I cross that frees me to create closer to my fullest potential. I’m focused on my freedom as a artist.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Anytime I create something that I love is a validating/feel good/proud moment for me.
