Meet Jay Bradley Lifestyle in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jay Bradley.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Jay, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was a sick kid growing up in small town Canada. I dealt with asthma, allergies, ear aches and struggled with depression. I was also bullied as far back as I remember which only added to my challenges. I realized from a young age that I deserved to be happy and healthy although I had no idea how.

I moved away at 17 years old to the big city of Toronto and began to explore all areas of Body, Mind, & Spirit. I modeled for many years and I became hooked on fitness, self-help, and the deeper meaning of life. Transformation and inspiration became my mission.

I have always helped people along the way by sharing my knowledge and education and that ultimately led to me becoming a wellness, youthful aging, and lifestyle coach.

Along with also doing Reiki and hypnosis, I am super passionate about transformational breath work which has totally changed my life for the better! I now share it with private clients and groups along with fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle tips for those looking to improve their life and find balance.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Dealing with depression and a lack of self-worth growing up was not easy. It becomes a daily practice to feel good which is why I believe it’s so important to be disciplined and consistent in taking good care of ourselves in all areas. I also made moves to the USA and started all over at the age of 37 which proves that it is never too late to go after your dreams!

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Jay Bradley Lifestyle – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I am a Youthful Aging, Wellness & Lifestyle Coach. I am a Best-Selling Author of LIVE LOOK FEEL, the 12-Week Guide to Live Longer, Look Younger & Feel Better! My focus is in nutrition, supplements, diet, fitness, and spiritual practice. I work as a healer using transformational breath work to help people overcome painful emotions, addictions, and blocks.

I do private coaching for those looking to improve their health and wellness making an achievable plan for busy people. Lately my focus has been working with men in their 40s, 50s & 60s who are looking to gain the edge that they had in their 20s & 30s. Being near 50 myself, I understand what it takes to do this.

My belief is that we don’t need to work hard but rather consistently to have our best life. I think what makes me unique is that I walk the walk. I don’t teach things that I think are right but rather that I do on a day-to-day basis. Also, the fact that I work from the inside out and then the outside in. Unless we do the emotional and spiritual work, a 6-pack, tight and toned body, or youthful skin means nothing!

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I plan on writing another book soon. I am also excited about pitching an inspirational wellness reality show…One that helps people to realize it’s never too late to make changes and that their best life is literally around the corner.

One day I’d love to have my own line of wellness products for the body and home.
