James is a former Wall Street sales executive and law firm business developer. James generated millions of dollars in sales for his company and law firm before going out on his own in 2010. James and his team help start ups and Fortune 500’s create powerful sales professionals through performance psychology, emotional intelligence and powerful yet simple sales systems. James began cold calling CEO’s for $50,000.00 in under ten minutes before moving to LA five years ago from NYC and building a powerhouse team of performance coaches and consultants. James is also President of Los Angeles Sales Professionals.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road to success has had many roadblocks. On Wall Street, I developed anxiety and depression from a toxic workplace and unhealthy habits. The ethos to me and my team’s behavior based consulting is from this experience on Wall Street. The mission of the firm is to build powerful work places that drive revenue.

We are most proud of helping a client close a $10M dollar deal after a two year dry spell.
We help companies in LA build sustainable revenue and sales. Healthy workplaces and effective teams matter to us. We have a technical side to our firm because that matters, but we build up people to be at their best, and this is what matters.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is lives changed. If our clients can go on and teach others what we taught them, then we are winning. Money is one of many metrics that we judge ourselves on.
