Has it been a smooth road?
When I first started out my clientele list would go up and down, which made it hard to pay bills and live comfortably. During this time I worked hard on growing my business and it also gave me a new respect and appreciation for my new and old clients. Now I have clients that have been with me for more than a year, I like to really listen and pay attention to each client’s needs and meet them to the best of my ability.
What are your plans for the future?
Plans for the future: start group classes, between 15-20+ people. Do a few free classes, maybe 1 every 3 months in the LA area.
Let’s dig a little deeper into your story. What was the hardest time you’ve had?
Hard times I had before working for myself: I was working for a corporate gym and was making only $450 a month, and I had rent to pay, bills due, and needed food to eat. So I started meeting people in random places, such as grocery stores, malls, and restaurants who were looking for a trainer. I considered myself to be lucky for being in the right place at the right time. Once I started becoming busy outside the gym, I but in a two week notice, and began working for myself.
One hour training sessions:
- Private gym training $80 (semi private $100)
- In home training $125 (semi private $150)
- Outdoor training also available.
