Meet Grant Eastey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Grant Eastey.

Grant, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was born and raised in Seattle, WA. After attending Washington State University to study communications, I went on to pursue my lifelong dream of acting in Los Angeles, CA. Since then I have been casted in some major national commercials and starred in a feature film called, “Brothers By Choice”.

I have also started and grown our own YouTube channel, “The Eastey’s” along with my fiancé Rashel and our son Jaxon! Some of my biggest passions include family, fitness, and entertainment. Along my journey, I found a love for helping others, getting them into the best shape they can while on their personal search for true happiness and strength of mind.

I understand that my destiny has already been paved and I am heavily allowing my intuition and instincts to lead the way. After many trials and tribulations growing up and adjusting to our life as we know it, I found being vulnerable to the process (whatever it may be for you) is an important part of your personal growth. Learning to lean on others with the ability to be open to others leaning on you, can not only give you strength but others as well, when battling through the “trenches”.

With that said I decided to start a brand called, “Only Time Will Tell”. It is a statement brand for personal goal based individuals. Whatever your goal is, whether it’s being a real estate agent, lawyer, doctor, artist, musician, raising a family, losing weight, starting a business, etc. “Only Time Will Tell” if you actually do what you say you’re going to do. The brand represents those fighting through the tough times and showcasing those who are currently on their mission, whatever it may be. This brand really hit home for me and changed my life in two ways.

1. It spoke volumes to my clients I train and people I motivate through my social media following, to help hold them accountable to why they started their “journey” but most importantly to see it through, no matter how hard it gets.

2. It related to me with regards to my own personal journey to be a globally known actor, performing on the biggest sets & breaking box office records. Like the old saying goes, “It takes 12 years for overnight success”.

Nothing happens without extreme dedication to your passion and discipline to see it through. I have been traveling through the trenches of becoming a worldwide entertainer for over eight years and I know I am just getting started. Audition after audition, no after no, I WILL NOT EVER give up and “Only Time Will Tell” if I do what I say I’m going to do.

I know in my heart I was born to entertain… to be an escape for people to look forward to seeing. When people go to the movies, turn on their favorite tv shows or head to a concert, that is their way of checking out of their “real world” and escaping for a few hours. I was born to be that exact escape, to make people laugh, cry, suspense, thrill, etc. I was born to rock the biggest sets and stages, whether that be through acting or my new music I am actively working on to broaden my entertainment versatility. With that said, I have two hit singles I have recently released, streaming on all platforms: “Only Time Will Tell” & “Get a Bag” by G-Eastey.

Lastly, on most days you can find me working out, training clients, auditioning for parts around the city, or spending time with my beautiful family while inspiring the world to be better than the best!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been the complete opposite of “a smooth road”.

When you are truly pursuing your dreams, you will be challenged time after time. It will become very lonely and very hard for many years. Some of the biggest struggles are staying motivated every single day. Being okay with having nothing and putting it all on the line. Not allowing your mind to compare yourself to the social norm of where you should be at your age and when. Staying true to yourself and allowing your light to lead your way even in your darkest times.

Tell us more about your work.
I am proud of being able to help others shine their light. Showing them my battle through the trenches, my struggles, to allow them to know it is okay to be vulnerable and not be ashamed of where you are because you know where you are headed! Understanding our current situation is only temporary and as long as our mindset is strong, knowing we are headed in the right direction, we don’t care where we are now because we know where we WILL be. What sets me apart with others is I keep it all the way real and letting people see me “struggle” while staying positive and following my heart.
