Meet Gina Jay

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gina Jay.

Gina, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Funny, I began clicking keys after a Traumatic work accident. My counselor suggested I journalize my day-to-day events due to PTSD, I suffered from severe anxiety & depression going thru many surgeries and legal matters.

My life at the time wasn’t exciting nor interesting at all.. so I knew my journal would be full of depression and sad stories. I got the bright Ideal to blog or shall I say tweet to & about celebrities in regards to my relative life matters. Little to my knowledge then Twitter was a thing, and I made a bit of noise on that social platform. I was offered to blog for several blog sites and made many amazing friends along the way.

After blogging for other a few companies, I realized I was capable of creating my own site, that issued the same info. I was already providing for other companies. So I created a website that provided info for my like-minded culture.

Has it been a smooth road?
I didn’t realize how hard it was to grow a site/ business & believe or not I’m still learning, I honestly just leaped off the edge face first. I Can say over the course of that fall, I flew thru investments for myself & and stumble over several investments for many other endeavors… I still managed to land on my feet. Anything worth having never came with easy.

We’d love to hear more about what you do.
Today, I’ve grown from the bed side & the old Twitter fingers to owning my own site that allows me to voice and share other stories of like-minded individuals. I’m known As a cannabis Activist/Social Influencer Ambassador Ceo/Co-Ceo.

I’m proud of myself & a site that grew not by attention, blogs or traffic… but by growth all due to my constant network & footwork real interactions amongst my cannabis community. Anything I’ve achieved & will continue to achieve can be done x10, How determined are you? I’m attached myself to a few amazing organizations one of my latest joins is the “Taboo Talks Series” a 6 Part Women’s Speaker Series tacking the taboo topics of cannabis consumption in a modern society. Another woman’s organization “Smoking Sisters Society” Out Of Vegas, Smoking Sisters is a group of likeminded woman that understand the art of staying connected.  I’m attached myself to a few amazing organizations one of my latest joins is the “Taboo Talks Series” a 6 Part Women’s Speaker Series tacking the taboo topics of cannabis consumption in a modern society. We’re a dysfunctional family that share one common interest… cannabis. Salute the “Smoke Yours Crew..” I’ve recently been honored as 1st Lady of Two Amazing Companies Salute “Cut From Different Cloth Clothing” an amazing clothing line out of New Jersey. Last but never least “Million Bananas” a company That provides a healthy organic option for cannabis users. This company gives back in more ways then one and excited to be apart of their vastly growing company.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Absolutely, culture evolves daily. I see the stigma of cannabis being accepted more than the stigmatized acceptance today.

I see rescheduling and new propositions that provide proper legalities for patients, mom & pops and what we call pharma to Coincide as a successful growing union or what we know as a community.

Once the world is comfortable with non-psychoactive CBD, then the push of THC will arrive & were 70% There in my opinion.
