Meet Garrick Stoner of Vast Hurrah Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Garrick Stoner.

Garrick, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Started at the bottom as a production assistant on commercials and music videos in the 90’s. Worked my way up through the camera department and eventually bought a camera and started shooting my own projects which led to shooting for clients. Started a company in 2002, now called Vast Hurrah Media, and have shot and directed projects from the Tour de France to local projects including the Olympic Bid Proposal video for the 2016 Marathon Trials that put Los Angeles in position to secure the 2018 Olympics.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes, many struggles, have worked n a variety of documentary projects that are frequently underfunded, a labor of love.

Please tell us about Vast Hurrah Media.
