Meet Federica Beni

Today we’d like to introduce you to Federica Beni.

Hi Federica, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After spending ten years in business consultancy for project management, I did a break in my business for personal reasons and then, once I was ready to jump into the business world again, I realized that I could put my process management expertise and the knowledge of the English language to the service of international couples who come to Italy every year for their dream destination weddings.

During these past years, I discovered a great passion for design and now a great part of my core business is dedicated to the design aspects of all events (weddings, elopements, editorials, anniversary, etc.) that we organize.

During the years, my business opened to the international markets so we are now covering all potential worldwide destinations, thanks to a professional network of partners all around the world with whom to create timeless and unique events for a high-end and discerning clientele.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At the very beginning, it was not so easy of course, I had to create a portfolio that was good enough to show my clients what I could do for them in terms of design. I had the great fortune to work on editorials with super-talented international photographers and vendors and this gave me so much visibility.

Now I balance my business between weddings (intimate or medium or big ones), workshops (mainly photography ones) and editorials (helping professionals to create a high-end portfolio) but the most difficult part at the very beginning was educating the clients to recognize the value that was behind the fee that I was asking them to pay.

My work is made of complete dedication to my clients, seven days on seven, being available for them constantly. This is why I commit only to a limited number of events and projects every year, to have all the necessary time and energy to dedicate to my clients who deserve the best treatment from me.

My agency is positioned in a niche market, offering exclusive and high-end services to international high-end clientele, those kinds of clientele who want to create for themselves and for their guests the best unforgettable experiences all over the world.

I offer an all-inclusive service to our clients, supporting them exactly for every single aspect of their event and all along their stay. No desires are too big for us and overcoming their expectation is what we work for.

We work with a highly selected network of partners/vendors aiming to team not only with talented, skilled and reliable professionals but also with beautiful human beings, respectful of other people’s work and values. I don’t get commissions from them and I submit them to my clients because of their high professionalism and expertise which is synonymous of perfect results.

I guarantee complete dedication to all my clients and the highest responsiveness rate which is extremely important when your clients live on the other side of the world and have no control on the work in progress of their event. They need to know that there is always a referent person immediately available when they are in need and this is one of the strong points of my business philosophy.

I am used to collaborating with the most exclusive venues and I had the great honour to work with some of the most famous and talented international photographers.

The passion for my job and the continuous research of beauty to create for my clients is what moves my business, and all my clients clearly feel it since the very early steps of the process which we guide them through. The main reward for me is the happiness in their eyes on their special day and the strong long-lasting relationships that I have build with each one of them.

Any big plans?
Big plans involve expanding the business in other worldwide destinations (apart from Italy, France and USA where we have worked up to now) and keeping the quality and reliability of our services always extremely high.

The one thing that I can wish to my agency is to continue serving clients with the same dedication and the same passion making their dreams our biggest goal.
