Meet Fam Mirza of Mirza Minds in West Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fam Mirza.

Fam, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Since a young age, I have always had a passion to create products, I always had a curiosity of how things were made and how they worked. I was experimental with anything and everything around the house (lots of broken watches and electronics.) At the age of 14, I created a jersey which was worn in the 2001 super bowl halftime show by rapper ‘Nelly.’ ref.1

After our massive media coverage, my partner and I went on to do seven figures in revenue at the age of 16. After a few years, the jersey trend was on a decline and I sold my shares to my partner and started a few new businesses everything from custom clothing to shoes. I started a site called and we provided consumers the clothing to buy the same clothing we made for hiphop artists music videos. After a few features in music videos and magazines such as source and xxl we started generating six figures in sales online. This time period was what I like to call the infancy of the internet. The strategy of driving traffic after being featured in print publications and TV was working well. I focused on digital marketing since the inception and today in 2020 it is the most important skill and strategy in selling anything and everything.

In the past 15 years our agency founded and scaled eight brands in different verticals.  We strive to create brands that make an impact on the world such as what we we did with 1Face (   We initially launched via crowdfunding and generated $360,000 in revenue and in the next two years grew immensely.  The charity brand built greenhouses in Africa, water projects in India,  and helped cancer research in America.   We went a step further to ensure sustainability by providing education to the people in the villages on how to upkeep the greenhouses and water projects.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Entrepreneurship is never a smooth road. There are always struggles such as making the proper hires, net 30 or net 60 accounts receivable, product manufacturing costs vs rising ad costs, etc.

Creating a successful company requires you to connect many dots together into a sequence that actually works to generate a profit on goods and services and also it must be scalable in order to grow.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Mirza Minds – what should we know?
Mirza Minds is a product design and branding firm.

Our brands have generated eight figures in revenue, soon to be nine.

As a company, we are most proud of being able to successfully brand products in different verticals.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I think the main people that every brand should thank is the customers. Without our customers and brand evangelists, we would not be able to make such an immense impact on the world.
