Meet Enqian Zheng and Aaron Zhou of Bubble Crush in Monterey Park

Today we’d like to introduce you to Enqian Zheng and Aaron Zhou.

Enqian and Aaron, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Started from the love of drinks, we always try to self-made some drinks at home and find the best balance between milk and teas. As we became more interested in making drinks, we decided to start our business named Bubble Crush and work towards to connect our love of drinks with our passion in art. In the beginning, we came up many different ideas on how to design our store to make this place more significant in Los Angeles area. In addition, we want to provide the best service for our consumers and make sure they can satisfy both the drinks and service. We came up with an idea which is to set up an ATM in our store. By that, customers are free to exchange drinks if the drink they got doesn’t match their favors. Luckily, we became more well-known because of our unique design and the quality of the drinks we provided which is no artificial powder, no creamers, no fruit syrup. Besides that, this year, we promote our new design which is robot cup. These cute cups not only have unique looks but also have various graphics es that are designed by us on each individual of them. More people came to visit us in order to get a robot cup and our store becomes more famous in LA area. Also, there was an American drama called Married to Medicine that is filmed in our store.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The rode towards successful business is not that easy. In the beginning, there were no much people know us because of the hidden location. In order to let more people know us, we tried our best to promote on Instagram and other social media. Also, people who came here before shared about their drinking experiences here and posted pictures so that their friends started to come here because of our unique designs and good tasted drinks. In addition, our designs and drinks were more towards personal favors so there were some customers who might not really like them. We started to work hard to customize our drinks and designs so that they will be more acceptable and liked by our customers.

Please tell us about Bubble Crush.
Bubble crush is established in year 2017. It has become one of the filming locations for the American Drama, Married to Medicine. In addition, our interior decoration along with the delicious drinks, have won the praise of the entire crew. Our goal is to provide best drinking service and environment to our customers. And we are known for our uniqueness of the design and best-tasted drinks which have no artificial powder, creamers, fruit syrups. This also become the most proud thing in our store based on the truth and heathy of the drink itself and that also helps us to separate apart from others.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If we had to start over, we would move our store to a place that is near to the West LA. Since some of our visitors came to our store because of our well-known drinks and designs, it will be more convenient and our store will be more popular if we move to a business developed place where has more visitors.
