Meet Emi Alexandri

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emi Alexandri.

Hi Emi, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Being an entrepreneur is the most fun experience that comes with a lot of challenges. I am a Loan Officer in California Mortgage/Real Estate industry and I started getting into this amazing journey due to my passion in finances and I love people. At first, I didn’t have a team and I had to learn the back process. Shortly after, I was able to build my team and enjoy my career so much because they make a difference. I’ve helped several business owners/self-employed and employers to achieve their goals. Most importantly, to help people to make their biggest financial decision and to make their American dream home financing come true. My passion and service is what drives me every single day to guide, educate, analyze finances, develop business partnerships, how to invest more in real estate and it’s just been an ongoing achievement. I’ve always want it to make a different in my life and my family. I knew I can aim for a lifelong career and there would be plenty of challenges to face. I knew I can do it because it is all about mindset and to never give up. The challenge is to face fear that doesn’t exist, to fall ten times and to get up 15 times and it is highly possible to achieve anything we want. At the end of the day, I know I have my responsibilities and keep learning to gain consistent skills for my clients. As a loan officer and a person, I am a leader, mentor, coach, amazing business partner, friend to my loved ones and I love inspiring people around me. I am very grateful to be able to help so many people and I am always thankful for everything I’ve put into to in order to get where I want to be. I still do have higher goals and I am just enjoying my journey.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
A smooth road is not the way to success; therefore, I would say yes I have faced many challenges. Many people didn’t believe in me just because of their jealousy. There was no training and I was on my own. A lot saw the potential in me; however, didn’t want me to grow since hey saw me as a competition.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I started this business with small savings and it was the hardest challenge. Financial hardship is the most painful to put food on the table and to know everything will be more than okay. All I knew is I will never give up and this is temporary.
