Meet Daniel Penso of Dan’s Computer Services in Westchester

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Penso.

Daniel, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My computer knowledge began as a 4-year-old playing video games. It levelled up when my friends and I began building our own computers and networking them in my parents’ garage to play together. Then various family members would ask me to solve issues with their computers, internet, printers, or whatever else wasn’t working. I began working for my fathers’ business and managed the computer systems there, which allowed the business as well as my knowledge to grow further.

In 2015 I decided to put all of that knowledge to use. I made business cards, a website, and began promoting myself as a computer service for home and business.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has been surprisingly smooth for me. I love the work I do and I love working with my customers so in many ways it is easy. The challenge in getting started was growing a client base but now that I have been established word of mouth continues to help me expand.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Dan’s Computer Services – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I work with people in their homes or small businesses and address whatever needs they may have with their computer system. I provide lessons for those who are not so savvy, remove viruses, install new software, set up networking, and I recommend new computers and printers or other hardware which I will deliver and install. Once I have worked with a client once I can offer my services remotely.

I am different from other businesses like me because I am as personal as it gets. When you call or email me you talk and work with me and only me. I give free diagnosis and estimates, I set up the appointments, and I do all of the work for my clients personally. Besides working directly with me at all times my clients get the advantage of premium on-site services at much more affordable rate compared to other businesses with storefronts and lots of employees.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Los Angeles has a lot of culture, diversity, great food, and lots of stuff to keep. I also am relatively close to places I like to travel for to trips and camping. Most of my friends and family live here, which is a huge plus.

I do not like how crowded it is here and the amount of traffic. It can be a very high-stress place to live. Everyone is in a rush including myself. That’s why I love to get away to nature as often as possible.
