Meet Chris Beyer of CK Realty in Studio City

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Beyer.

Chris, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My parents raised me to believe that when you love what you do, success will surely follow! After I graduated college, I moved to Los Angeles and discovered that I had a passion for home improvement, which led me to pursue a job in property management. One of my responsibilities was renovating apartments as they became vacant. I realized how small improvements will add to the overall value of the home while increasing the resulting price.

I wanted to utilize all that I have learned to further my career and obtained my real estate license (CalBRE 01993939). As a full-service Realtor, I take pride in working closely with my clients on such an important purchase. Today I work with clients that are focused on buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
“All roads that lead to success have to pass through hard work boulevard at some point” – Erick Thomas. Effective marketing that is not too aggressive or irritating is a challenge for all realtors. Gone are the days of endless cold calling or door knocking and asking for business. Luckily, there have been many advancements and opportunities in online marketing that have proven to be successful for my team.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with CK Realty – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We listen – this is our core business model and we make it our mission to understand our client’s needs and to exceed their expectations. When you work with our team we make a commitment to effectively communicate all steps in the real estate process. In today’s online world, transactions happen rapidly and we take the time to focus in on the individual real estate needs of each client.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
As a productive Realtor, it gives me great satisfaction to be the first person to give the keys to my client’s new home to them. Buying, selling, or investing in real estate is a detailed process but I work relentlessly for my clients to ensure that I am available to answer all their questions. Many Americans dream of owning a home and I am thankful to help my clients accomplish it!
