Today we’d like to introduce you to Chen Alyesh.
Chen, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
It all began with the birth of my first daughter three years ago. I lived in New York at the time. It was winter so we stayed at home A LOT. *From doing the laundry, cooking, cleaning and taking care after a baby*. I am Coming from the world of art and fashion design, working for high-end fashion companies. I noticed how I was missing that part of me. The part who wants to be *creative* and CREATE. That’s how Little happy Moments was born as a creative outlet for myself.
Making personalized gifts and being able to make people happy and be part of those “little happy moments” at someone’s life just makes me do it even more with joy and love.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Balancing between a small business owner and being a full-time mom is challenging. But so fulfilling.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Little Happy Moments – what should we know?
I am making personalized gifts in Hebrew and in English. From Judaica items to newborn items as well as items for the home or even large events. I am able to create and work closely and personally with each customer to make sure they receive the best and exactly what they imagined.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Creativity, pleasant, likable.
