Can’t Buy Respect started around 2016 by Chase N. Cashe & Dow Jones as a way to transition into the creative design/product development realm. We introduced our lifestyle apparel in 2018 and have been growing daily. We specialize in casual sportswear & small cut & sew.
Has it been a smooth road?
Our toughest challenge has been balancing the creativity to keep the brand growing along with the financial element to keep the brand thriving. Sourcing materials and manufacturers can be tedious but worth it. It’s been a great learning experience and we look forward to future challenges that make us better in the process.

Can’t Buy Respect specializes in creative direction, product development, & design. We use our house as a platform to showcase what we can execute in the market and from there it attracts brands, such as Reebok, that form a relationship with us via consultancy or a partnership that allows us to work in collaboration. I am most proud of the consistent support we get every release. Our ability to tap into a feeling that many can relate to and translate it into a product is what separates us from others. We have built our brand around representing a feeling, a mindset, an attitude, & a way of being instead of flooding product.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see us adapting with the times but continuing to keep the creative integrity we have now. The rest is up to God.
