Meet Briana Biatto in Burbank

Today we’d like to introduce you to Briana Biatto.

Briana, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m the new Pop Fit Artist. I write my own music that promotes passion, drive, and an uplifting spirit while exercising the importance of a healthy living. My music aspires to ignite people’s drive and teach them how to love themselves. From my inspiration, my audience will lead a healthy life by eating correctly, exercising, sweating out negativity and striving to be the best version of themselves. I draw my followers in by being fit, with a modest sex appeal, and my hard core assets keep them engaged. By showing proper technique, without bearing all my figure, the audience is fully immersed in the art. This shatters the world’s current promotion of sex, drugs, promiscuity, and obesity.

I want to perform on stage, singing my songs, while leading workouts with back-up trainers so people are engaged in the workout with me. As an artist taking the stage there will be dance choreography infused with fitness exercises to really get the crowd on their feet.

My music videos will tell an emotional and empowering story while showcasing elements of exercises and fit bodies. They will show the struggle of overcoming relationship woes, personal injury, and career detriments by persevering through fitness and learning to love yourself. This culminates the LYT Fitness lifestyle that Briana Biatto currently lives by. (Love Yourself Through Fitness)

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It is a very hard but also liberating at the same time. It’s a concept that has never been done so there is no blue prints or role models to follow, however I get to make my own rules and use my creative imagination so the sky is the limit. I was told I had to take my two passions, fitness and music, and choose between the two of them and instead I created a platform where I could do both.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Briana Biatto story. Tell us more about the business.
I’ve been singing and playing sports since I was 3 years old and I have become so passionate about helping others learn to love themselves, whether it be through sharing my struggles through lyrics or through my love for fitness and personal training. My dream has been to take these two passions, music and fitness, and mesh them together to help change the world. I offer everyone a fit, confident, and modestly sexy woman who will inspire healthy living, positive energy, and the drive to live each day to its fullest. By presenting my emotional and uplifting lyrics to my audience, I am creating a platform for people to relate to and feel comforted. Then utilizing fitness, I present a solution by guiding my audience through workouts that train the mind, body, and soul to thrive. My long term goal is to lower obesity, divorce and suicide rates. I believe that if one can truly develop the ability to love themselves then relationships will be strengthened, confidence will lead to healthier lifestyles and less people will struggle to feel alone and powerless.

I am an all-around athlete so I am trained in lots of different sports training, HIIT, CST, weight loss, muscle gain, etc.  I also used to teach a group fitness class called The Barboza Method which is a combination of pilates, ballet and yoga all done with no impact on the floor.  My main focuses are core strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, toning & tightening and weight loss.

What makes me a unique trainer is I will do whatever it takes to get you to your goal. My accountability is daily, 24/7 and I help clients figure out what their motivation tactic is that we can use to get them to their goal.

I am most proud of the lengths I have gone to develop myself through the tough experiences life has thrown at me. I have immersed myself into a handful of self-development courses, therapy and of course I have had God by my side the entire step of the way. I invest in my mental health in hope that I can one day I can give back to my community and others will be inspired by my story, because God has definitely given me a story to share.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Honestly I don’t believe in luck. I believe in the law of attraction and relying on your faith to gain all good things. I have been able to manifest things in my life and pray for things that I never thought possible. What you put out is what you will receive and the more positive energy you emulate the better your life will be.
