Meet Brandon “B.Arch” Archer of Stuff’dLA in South Central

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon “B.Arch” Archer.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Stuff’dLA started randomly, I was on break and I stopped at home to eat I had an hour break and had no money. I got home and took out the good ol’reliable “Just add water” aunt Jemima pancake mix and some leftover sausage. I wanted eggs but I didn’t want to wash any more dishes so I fried an egg sat it to the side and made my pancakes in the same pan. By the time My third pancake was cooking my eggs were cooling down so I said im going to just add the eggs inside the uncooked pancake and let it heat together that way I won’t have to reheat my eggs in the microwave (I hate microwaved eggs), I then said might as well add this sausage too! I added sprinkled cheese on top so it can melt, took it out the pan, poured some syrup, said my grace and the next moment my mouth sunk into a piece of heaven! I took a picture sent it to my big brother and my uncle. The message said “bruhhhhhh y’all got to try this!” They both replied “…… what is it?” I said “a stuffed pancake bruhhhhh it’s crazy!!!” “Big bro said “you can start a business with that! “ I replied “say no mas” a week later, I sent a logo that same week I perfected my signature pancake mix, the following week I perfected my syrup and meats soon I had a whole menu!

Has it been a smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. I just started this past summer and already there has been setbacks or questions is this something that I really want to put my all into? Every time I remember one of my favorite quotes from the late great Nipsey Hussle “you can have it all it’s all about your reason” and that reason is my family! And then again what road is smooth? The bumps and ups and downs are expected, it’s just important on how you overcome them.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
My Stuff’d Pancakes! An original idea I came up with. I perfected it by switching from aunt Jemima pancake mix and creating my own. I went as far as making my own syrup from scratch along with my own turkey and chicken sausage. I also make a banging breakfast hash!

I also separate my business by holding a high customer service expectation. Of course, I want customers to leave with a great taste of my food but I also want my business to brighten up someone’s day! Visiting Stuff’dLA will be a whole vibe, Guaranteed you’ll leave with a smile.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Absolutely, there is so much opportunity in Los Angeles. And when you have a cause/driving force behind what your doing makes it so much satisfying and you’re comfortable with the work. Los Angeles is always on the move with so many platforms to showcase my business.
